Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains what data Attenua collects, how we use it, and your rights. We're currently in waitlist phase—the product isn't live yet. This policy covers both the waitlist and the future app.

Email addresses: When you join the waitlist, we collect your email to notify you when Attenua launches.

Source tracking (optional): We may track where you came from (e.g., Reddit, Twitter) to understand which channels work. This is stored as a simple tag like "reddit" or "utm_campaign=launch"—nothing personally identifying beyond your email.

That's it. No tracking pixels, no analytics cookies, no third-party data sharing.

Message metadata for triage: Attenua needs to see your messages to classify them (urgent vs. non-urgent). This happens entirely on your device. Message content never leaves your machine.

What stays local: Message text, sender names, channel names, timestamps—everything needed for triage stays on your device.

What we might collect: Anonymized usage statistics (e.g., "user dismissed 3 urgent notifications today") to improve the product. This would be optional and opt-in.

Account data: Email, subscription status, payment information (processed by Stripe—we don't store card numbers).

• Waitlist emails: To notify you when Attenua launches and share relevant updates. We won't spam you or sell your email.
• Product development: Understanding where users come and how they use the app helps us focus our efforts.
• App functionality: Your local message data powers the triage features. It never leaves your device.
• Support: If you contact us with a problem, we'll use your email to respond.

Unsubscribe: Every email has an unsubscribe link. Or just reply and ask to be removed.

Delete your data: Email morgan@attenua.ai and we'll delete your waitlist signup.

Access your data: Email us and we'll send you everything we have (spoiler: it's just your email and maybe a source tag).

GDPR/CCPA: If you're in the EU or California, you have additional rights. Contact us and we'll comply.

We'll update this page as the product evolves. If we make significant changes, we'll email waitlist members. The "Updated" date at the top shows the last revision.
